ThrIVe Elite Hydration – Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and allows us to dedicate resources specifically to your scheduled service.
Appointment Deposits
- A deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
- Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may transfer their deposit to a future appointment scheduled within 30 days.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment ("No-Show") will also forfeit their deposit.
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances where ThrIVe Elite Hydration must cancel the appointment and is unable to reschedule.
- If a client is deemed medically ineligible for treatment by the supervising healthcare provider prior to receiving services, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of ThrIVe Elite Hydration and applicable medical protocols.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with ThrIVe Elite Hydration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking, Cancellation, and Deposit Policy, including the requirement of a 50% deposit and the forfeiture of that deposit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
